First Appointment

Our qualified Interior Designers provide a full design consultation service. Your Designer will take you on a tour of our Design Gallery to gain understanding of your personal style. Together you will look through your Ultimate Checklist to gain an overview of the amount and type of storage you require. Then it is time to explore product range options to suit your budget, room shape and size.

With the basics covered we move onto selecting your colour scheme, handles and accessories. Your Designer will guide you through the options available with an understanding of your personal taste. You will be able to visualise your furniture through concept sketches, which are available to you on completion of your order. We will walk you through the options and at this point changes are easily made. An outline of the procedure from order to installation and payment schedules with be discussed.

Following your first appointment your Interior Designer will email your initial quote with 5 business days. If the quote is within budget and you are happy to proceed the quote, we will prepare your 3D Designs. If, however the quote is outside your budget your Interior Designer will advise adjustment to your design. We will then make arrangement for a revisit appointment.

Revisit Appointment

This is where the hard work and attention to detail pays off and the exciting part of the journey starts. Your Interior Designer will guide you through the options with the aid of personalised 3D designs, renders and our Showroom Displays. Changes and adaptations can still be made at this point.

When we are all good to go confirmation of your order consist of signing your Quote and payment of full deposit. If you are ready, we will discuss installation dates and book site visit and measure.  If you are building or not ready for installation straight away, please keep us informed of your progress. At any time following placing an order you have any queries you are more than welcome to phone your Designer or call into our Design Gallery .

Please note changes can be made to design, colour, finishes and handles but must be confirmed at least 2 weeks prior to installation.

* Please note - Painted and veneer work 6 weeks prior to installation.


Design Consultation Fees

Our Interior Designers take a great deal of care and time to prepare and design your custom furniture therefore sketches and 3D designs are only available to clients after full deposit has been received.

Custom Furniture Design Fee $150 payable on booking a First Appointment.

Please note the design consultation fee of $150.00 will be deducted from the final payment on receipt of signed quote and full deposit for order.
